Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will give you complete command over your mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can forward email messages from one email mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, create autoresponders and secure your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against spam messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and modify the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just choose the electronic mail account you wish to forward messages from, then select the destination email box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the email client of your preference to access your mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
